Our Hire Process
Step 1 – Enquire
Whether you know what you need, or you are in the beginning stages of planning your event – we can help! Browse our website to get an idea of the products we offer, along with inspiration. We also offer complimentary consultations if you would like to come into our showroom and be guided by one of our Event Consultants through our range and the options best suited to you!
Our Hire Process
Step 2 – Quote
Once you’ve narrowed down the products you want to hire for your event, we will put together a quote for you and confirm availability. At this stage, we will also calculate the delivery and collection costs (if applicable), so we will need all the relevant details for your event and venue, including bump in and out times, site contacts, parking restrictions and anything else to note. Please note, stock is not reserved until a reservation has been made.
Our Hire Process
Step 3 – Reservation
When you are ready to make your booking, please read the Terms & Conditions and return the signed quote. A 30% deposit is payable at the time of confirming your order, we also require a credit card on file for security reasons. Should there be any stock availability issues, our Event Consultants will advise and suggest alternatives prior to confirming the booking. A confirmed Reservation will be sent to you.
Our Hire Process
Step 4 – Delivery
Your delivery date will usually be the either the day before of the day of your event. Your order will be delivered within the delivery timeframe noted on your Reservation. You will also receive an email when the driver is on their way to you (If you are collecting your order, this will be ready at our warehouse between 8:30am – 5:00pm. Please note that many of our items are delivery only).

Step 5 – Celebrate!
It’s time to celebrate! We hope that your event is seamless, however should you run into any hiccups with any of our hire equipment, you will have a 24/7 support number provided to you. So you can rest assured we will support you all the way!

Step 6 – Collection
Our team will collect the goods within the collection timeframe noted on your Reservation and bring it back to our warehouse. If you have any glassware, crockery or cutlery, please be sure that it is rinsed (not washed) and placed in the boxes. Once the items arrive back to our warehouse, the team will check them off to confirm there are no discrepancies. Should there be incidental breakages, these are usually covered by the Damage Waiver. If there is an additional amount payable, our team will contact you. (If you are returning your own order, please return to our warehouse between 8:30am – 5:00pm).
