All orders are carefully checked when packed and should be checked by the hirer when delivered or picked up from our showroom.
Equipment and packaging (including Boxes and crates) damaged, broken or lost while on hire will be charged for at full present day value.
All items (including BBQ's - Gas and Wood) must be returned in a clean condition to avoid cleaning charges.
Hire items are not insured.
The hirer is responsible for loss, damage or breakage of all items hired.

The Hirer accepts full responsibility for the correct manner of use of the equipment. The hirer hereby indemnifies and holds indemnified the owner from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands and expenses in any way arising from injury, death or damage caused to the hirer or associate users in respect of equipment hired.
Prices do not include delivery, labour or Government Rental Tax.
Prices quoted are for one hire only unless otherwise stated. Weekly and long term hireage rates are available.
